These terms reflect the current commercial activity visible on this site: direct payment for Camp Plus and enquiry-first custom planning through Guide.
- Products and services currently sold
- Camp Plus, a one-time paid supporter unlock for Camp in Japan. It currently provides access to supporter features such as travel plans, Spot Finder, travel log creation with photo uploads, and future supporter extras as they are added. The Guide page currently accepts enquiries only; if paid custom planning is offered, pricing and payment terms are quoted individually before any payment is requested.
- Price
- Camp Plus starts at USD $10 as a one-time payment. The customer chooses the final amount at checkout, and the payable total is shown before purchase.
- Additional fees
- Camp in Japan does not add mandatory fees beyond the amount shown at checkout for Camp Plus. Customers are responsible for any internet access charges, mobile carrier fees, bank fees, card issuer fees, or foreign transaction fees charged by their payment provider.
- Accepted payment methods
- Credit and debit cards via Stripe Checkout.
- Payment period
- For Camp Plus, payment is processed immediately when checkout is completed. For any separately quoted custom planning work, payment timing will be stated in the quote or invoice before purchase.
- Delivery time / service start
- Camp Plus access is usually applied immediately after successful payment and normally appears on the customer account within a few minutes. Guide enquiries are reviewed after submission, and any custom quote or planning timeline is handled individually by email.
- Returns and cancellations requested by customers
- Because Camp Plus is a digital supporter unlock delivered shortly after purchase, cancellations and refunds are generally not available after payment has been completed, except where required by applicable law or where we agree that special circumstances apply. Before payment is completed, customers may cancel by closing the Stripe Checkout page.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds for defective services or billing errors
- If Camp Plus access is not applied correctly, or if you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us without delay at jdourlens@gmail.com or through the contact page. After verification, we will correct the access issue, re-perform the service where appropriate, or provide a refund when justified.
